As stated in our terms and conditions, credit added to a user account is not refundable. In the event of service discontinuation fair pdf will endeavour to refund users any unused user credit they have.

Applying for a discretionary refund

User credit is not generally refundable, but fair pdf are committed to providing a fair and honest service. Please contact us by commenting on the support channel if you believe the service is not working properly for you.

Provide your username, filename and indicate that we can examine your failed files (or state the nature of your difficulty). Fair pdf will then verify a problem and consider a discretionary refund. Alternatively we can re-credit your account if you prefer which is quicker.

We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your discretionary refund is approved credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (or re-credited to your fair pdf account if you prefer)

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
