How long fair pdf retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so fair pdf can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For anonymous users (those not logged in) files you upload or generated for you are retained for 24 hours for your convenience unless you delete them. For logged-in users the files are retained for 7 days unless you delete them. Files deleted by you although not recoverable to you or any user are retained on our servers for several hours until they are automatically cleaned up.

For users that register on our website fair pdf also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or leave comments, you can request to receive an file of the personal data, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that fair pdf erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
